6 slices whole grain bread
3 cans flaked tuna
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Chipotle Aioli
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
Salt & Pepper to season
2 avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
6 Slices of Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Cheese
During this time, make the tuna salad by combining the tuna, mayonnaise, aioli, onion powder, celery salt, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
Remove the toast from the oven and place the avocado slices among the 6 pieces of bread.
Place the tomato slices on top of the avocado and then put the tuna salad on top of the tomato.
Place a slice of cheese on top of the tuna.
Place the baking sheet back under the broiler, once more, on high for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
